Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

Pack with Care

Securely pack the fixture in its original manufacturer's box with all protective foam and hardware to prevent damage during transit.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of warehouse inspection.
